What is not collected
The tracked link and the managed embed record a daily click total per campaign and nothing else: no IP addresses, no cookies, no visitor identifiers, no impressions. The embed sets nothing in a reader’s browser.
Website owners we contact
When a buyer requests a website that has not joined, an operator may look up a public business contact for that website and send one invitation by hand. The contact and its source are recorded so that an owner who asks not to be contacted is never approached again. Such records are deleted 90 days after the invitation expires unless the owner joins.
Who processes it
Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Stripe (payments and seller payouts), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide its service.
Retention and your rights
Records of bookings and payments are kept for as long as accounting and dispute obligations require. Read notifications and provider payloads are trimmed after they stop being useful. You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion through support; deletion cannot remove records that a completed payment or an open dispute still depends on.
