Most things are settled inside the deal they belong to. Here is where each kind of problem goes.

A booking that is not going to plan

Open the deal from your dashboard and use Something is wrong with this campaign. That records the issue, holds the payout and puts it in front of an operator, who settles it with a refund or an extension. See the refunds and payouts policy.

A listing under review, or a domain you cannot verify

The reviewer’s note is on the listing in your Selling tab. If your DNS provider cannot take the TXT record, say so by email and an operator can verify ownership another way.

Payouts

Payout status is on each booking in the deal room. Bank details and identity checks live in Stripe, which you can reopen from Settings.

Anything else
